Renko Pure Price Action: Forex trading made simpler!

By Sato Namura

Synopsis

Sato Namura is an expert when it comes to Renko charting, and for a trader thinking about making the move to this innovative trading strategy, this is a great primer. Covering everything from its advantages to its methods, Namura makes the case for the strategy well. This forex book review, then, will look at what a trader can gain from this book, and explain why it lets itself down when it comes to detail and length.

Review:

Renko charting is clearly something that Sato Namura knows a lot, and feels strongly, about. This book is handy for anybody who wants to learn about what the method entails.

Namura makes a strong case for this method over alternatives like heiken ashi charts or even the long-established candlestick chart method, and he points out several ways in which to get started with Renko charting. For traders on the hunt for an alternative to what they’ve always known, this book may well suit.

This book takes a very specific approach to forex trading, so it’s probably not really relevant to those who have decided for whatever reason that they’re not going to opt for the Renko pure price action approach. It is, however, a good introductory resource for those looking to learn more about Renko charting.

This book’s most obvious downside is its length. While the content that is available is readable and will most likely be of interest to some newer traders, 10 pages simply aren’t enough for Namura’s work to really make an impact. For everyone except the newest of traders, it’s probable that this book will be simply too short to bother with.
